The District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in the ref. 4th read above, Government have accorded permission to dispose of pending spouse cases in (13) districts with protection of Direct Recruitment vacancies subject to fulfilment of conditions mentioned at para no 23 of G.O.Ms.No.317, dt:06.12.2021 and also instructions issued in Govt. Memo. No. 1655/SPF.1/2021-6. Dt. 22.12.2021, duly following seniority or any other rational criteria in case of multiple requests.

In this regard, the list of teachers whose application for change of local cadre on spouse grounds is approved, is enclosed herewith and the concerned District Educational Officers in the State are requested to relieve the individuals subject to fulfilment of conditions mentioned at para no 23 of G.O.Ms.No.317, dt:06.12.2021, and the District Educational Officers concerned in the State are requested to admit the individuals where they are reallotted.
