DSE FRS How to register and give attendance for teachers

DSE FRS – Staff Attendance Brief Instructions

1. *Verification in UDISE+ Portal:*

All HMs are instructed to verify Teaching staff and Non Teaching staff details especially:

Employee Code

Date of Birth (DOB)

Mobile Number

Designation

If any discrepancies are found, make corrections in the Teachers Module of the UDISE+ portal.

Also, verify the location coordinates (Latitude & Longitude). If incorrect, update them accordingly.

2. *Registration in DSE FRS App:*

**Staff Registration**

#Logout DSE FRS app

# Login again

##Staff Registration should complete through HM login only.

#next staff individually login with their Employee ID and staff@123

Begin registration process in the app.

Ensure the photo is captured correctly with only the face inside the circle.

When the circle turns GREEN, you will be prompted to ACCEPT or REJECT.

If the image is clear, select ACCEPT.

Photos with spectacles are also acceptable.

3. *Attendance Capture:*

After registration, proceed to mark attendance:

Check-In (morning)

Check-Out (evening)

Attendance can also be marked via the Self-Attendance option and peer attendance option

4. *Special Cases (OD, Leave, Work Adjustment):

 follow the instructions given in zoom meeting*.

5.Leavs approval

All HMs

Please note that there are now 19 types of leaves available. You can approve any of them through the following portal:

Please ensure timely compliance with the above steps.

లాగిన్ ఐతే స్టాఫ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, స్టాఫ్ అటెండెన్స్ అనే రెండు ఆప్షన్ చూపబడతాయి.

1. టీచర్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తర్వాత టీచర్ ట్రెజరీ ఐడి రెగ్యులర్ వాళ్ళకి /పేరోల్ ID KGBVs తో లాగిన్ కావాలి ఇందుకు పాస్వర్డ్ staff@123

2. ఇక మీదట మీరు మీ సొంత treasury id తొ login అయి మీ అటెండెన్స్ తో పాటు స్టూడెంట్ అటెండెన్స్ కూడా తీసుకోవచ్చు.

కావున ఇట్టి విషయాన్ని మీ మండలం లోని ప్రతి టీచర్స్ కి చేరేలా పంపండి.
