PRC Sanction of Incentive to the staff on deputation  to Training Institutes– G.O.Ms.No.62 Dated: 22nd June, 2023.

 Read the following:-

1. G.O.Ms.No. 188, General Administration (AR&T.III) Department, 
 dated:29.03.1988.
2. G.O.Ms.No.114, Finance (TA) Department, dated:26.05.2010.
3. G.O.Ms.No.83, Finance (HRM.IV) Department, dated:26.05.2015.
4. G.O.Ms.No.86, GA(Spl.C) Department, dated:18.05.2018.
5. G.O.Ms.No.51, Finance (HRM.IV) Department, dated:11.06.2021.

ORDER:

            In the Government Order 5th read above, based on the recommendations 
of the First Pay Revision Commission, orders were issued implementing the 
Revised Pay Scales, 2020 to the State Government employees.

2. Keeping in view of the guidelines of the Government of India, 
Government in the reference first read above categorized the Training Institutes 
and sanctioned Special Pay/ Incentive to the categories indicated at the rates 
mentioned against each of the category. 

3. Based on the recommendations of the Pay Revision Commission, 2010, 
orders were issued vide reference 2nd read above, enhancing the rates of 
Training Incentive to certain categories of posts in the Training Institutions of 
the various departments.

4 The Pay Revision Commission, 2015 has recommended that the 
existing instructions with regard to providing of training incentives to the faculty 
members/ staff working in the Training Institutes are adequate and no further 
changes are required. Accordingly, the Government accepted the 
recommendations and issued orders vide reference 3rd read above, for 
continuation of the existing rates of training incentives.
