* The Personal attention of all the District Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers is invited to the reference read above, where in guidelines are issued on implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme and instructed to follow without any deviation. Further, all the District Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to issue the following instructions also on implementation of Mid Day Meal Scheme to all the Head Masters of the schools. )
Keep the MDM rice and provisions in the Kitchen-cum-Stores or a room specified for it in a hygienic condition
2) Mid Day Meals should be prepared in a clean place.
3) Always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the school premises especially at the place of MDM cooking and place of serving MDM
4) Provide soap water or hand wash liquid for hand wash to the students before and after taking Mid Day Meals.
5) Take all safe and secure measures for storage of Rice, ingredients and for preparation and serving of Mid Day Meals.
6) Not to use untidy rooms to keep rice and ingredients etc., with a contention that those rooms are not using for any other purpose
7) Standard Operations Procedures (SOPS) on MDM should be followed
8) To see that the Cook-cum-Helpers shall wear head cap, hand glouses and aprons at the time of preparation of MDM and serving to the students.
9) To instruct the Head Masters to bring awareness among the Cook-cum-Helpers on personal hygiene and free from contamination of food and water. Test the water using for cooking, drinking and hand wash frequently under microscope wherever available. These instructions should be followed scrupulously.

*School పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులందరికీ మిడ్ డే భోజన పథకాన్ని అమలు చేయడంపై ఈ క్రింది సూచనలు⬇*
*1) MDM బియ్యం మరియు నిబంధనలనుకిచెన్-కమ్-స్టోర్స్‌లో లేదా దాని కోసం పేర్కొన్న గదిలో ఉంచండిపరిశుభ్రమైన స్థితిలో.*
*2) మిడ్ డే భోజనం శుభ్రమైన ప్రదేశంలో తయారు చేయాలి*
*3) పాఠశాల ప్రాంగణంలో ముఖ్యంగా MDM వంట స్థలంలో మరియు MDM వడ్డించే ప్రదేశంలో ఎల్లప్పుడూ పరిశుభ్రత మరియు పరిశుభ్రతను పాటించండి*
*4) మిడ్ డే భోజనం తీసుకునే ముందు మరియు తరువాత విద్యార్థులకు హ్యాండ్ వాష్ కోసం సబ్బు నీరు లేదా హ్యాండ్ వాష్ ద్రవాన్ని అందించండి.*
*5) బియ్యం, పదార్థాలు నిల్వ చేయడానికి మరియు మిడ్ డే భోజనం తయారీ మరియు వడ్డించడానికి అన్ని సురక్షితమైన మరియు సురక్షితమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోండి.*
*6) బియ్యం మరియు పదార్ధాలను ఉంచడానికి అసహ్యమైన గదులను ఉపయోగించకూడదు .. ఆ గదులు ఇతర ప్రయోజనాల కోసం ఉపయోగించడం లేదు అనే వివాదంతో*
*7) MDM పై ప్రామాణిక ఆపరేషన్ విధానాలు (SOP లు) పాటించాలి.*
*8) కుక్-కమ్-హెల్పర్స్ MDM ను తయారుచేసే సమయంలో మరియు విద్యార్థులకు వడ్డించే సమయంలో హెడ్ క్యాప్, హ్యాండ్ గ్లౌజ్ మరియు ఆప్రాన్లను ధరించాలి.*
*9) వ్యక్తిగత పరిశుభ్రతపై మరియు ఆహారం మరియు నీటిని కలుషితం చేయకుండా ఉచితంగా కుక్-కమ్-ఇలెల్పర్లలో అవగాహన తీసుకురావాలని లీడ్ మాస్టర్స్కు సూచించడం. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న చోట మైక్రోస్కోప్ కింద తరచుగా వంట, మద్యపానం మరియు చేతి వాష్ కోసం నీటిని పరీక్షించండి.*
