       In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget release Order issued by the Finance (EBS-IV) Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.53,00,00,000/ (Rupees Fifty Three Crores only) to the Commissioner, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, under Scheme from the BE provision of 2019-20 towards payment of Honorarium to Vidya Volunteers in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provisions of funds by obtaining Supplementary Estimates at appropriate time during the year 2019-20, under the Head of Account mentioned in the reference 2nd read above (copy enclosed). The Commissioner, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly.
