Sub: School Education CENSUS-2027 Requesting to Preserve Earned Leaves to the teachers engaged as Enumerators and Supervisors in Census Duty during the summer vacation-2026 - Orders Communicated..
Ref:
1) Telangana Leave Rules.
2) Procs:Rc.No.03/plg-1/2020, Dtd:21.01.2020 of the DSE, Telangana, Hyd.
3) Procs.Rc.No.126/Genl/2026, Dtd:16.07.2026 of the DSE, Telangana, Hyd.
4) Representations received from various Teachers Union bearers in Sangareddy District.
While communicating a copy of the orders of the Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad under the reference 3rd read above, the Mandal Educational Officers / School Complex HMs / Headmasters in the district are hereby directed to ensure for uniform implementation of the existing instructions for preservation of earned Leaved as per FR-82 when prevented from availing summer vacation for CENSUS Enumeration/Supervisor Duty / Election Duty/ Trainings etc., which are stipulated in the proceedings of the DSE, Telangana, Hyderabad under the reference 2nd read above subject to the following conditions:
1) On production of Duty Certificate issued by the competent authority.
2) In any case, the total number of ELs acquired by virtue of prevention of summer vacation shall not exceed 30 days (Inclusive of 6 days)
Action should be taken accordingly and make necessary entries in the original service register of the individual without fail. Any deviation of the norms issued vide under the references 2nd & 3rd read above will be viewed seriously and the concerned MEO/HM will be held responsible for further consequences.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
