The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Projec Officers. Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the references read above
They are informed that the services of Part Time Instructors (Health & Phy. Education Art Education, Work Education) in UPS/HS and Care Giving Volunteers (Helper/Aaya) a Mandal Leval in Bhavitha Centres/Inclusive Education Resource Centres who were terminated on 23.04.2026 during the Academic Year 2025-2026 vide reference 1't cited, are to be engaged afresh for the Academic Year 2026-2027 w.e.f. 08.06.2026 as Door to Door Campaign for enrollment of school as children and other activities under Prof.Jayashankar Badi Bata Programme are scheduled from 08.06.2026 in all the Government & Local body Schools in the State
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio, District Project Officers Samagra Shiksha in the state are requested to engage Part Time Instructors (PTIs) and Care Giving Volunteers (Helper / Aya) who worked during 2025-2026 and terminated or 23.04.2026, afresh for the academic year 2026-2027 in the respective schools w.e.f., 08.06.2026 as per actual requirement or till the actual need ceases whichever is earlier to vork on contract basis with the existing monthly remuneration, subject to review of their performance for the year 2025-2026
The District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio, District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha in the State are requested to take immediate necessary action in the matter without an, deviation and report compliance accordingly.
