School Education PM POSHAN (Mid-day-Meal) Scheme Instructions
The Director of School Education has issued a circular regarding the submission of Mid-day-Meal (MDM) bills through the IFMIS portal for the PM POSHAN Scheme. Here are the key instructions:
- *100% Entry of Cook-cum-Helper (CCH) and Agency Data*:
Ensure complete entry of CCH and agency data in the IFMIS portal by *September 30, 2025*.
- *Bill Submission by Headmasters (HMs)*:
All HMs must submit bills in the IFMIS portal from *October 1, 2025*, based on daily attendance.
- *Verification and Submission by Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs)*:
MEOs must verify and submit bills received from HMs promptly.
- *No Manual Bills After October 1, 2025*:
Manual bills will not be accepted after October 1, 2025.
Importance of Timely Submission
District Education Officers are requested to give personal attention to this matter. In case of delays, the concerned officer (HM/MEO) will be held directly responsible [Circular].
