*👍టెండర్‌ ఓటు*:

*ఎవరైనా వ్యక్తి ఓటు వేయడానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు అతడి ఓటు ఇంతకుముందే మరొకరు వేసినట్లయితే ప్రిసైడింగ్‌ అధికారి అతడికి బ్యాలెట్‌ ఓటు ఇచ్చి వేయించాలి. దీన్ని టెండర్‌ ఓటుగా పిలుస్తారు. ఈ సమాచారాన్ని ఫారం-17బీలో నమోదు చేయాలి.*

*🚨సర్వీస్‌ ఓటు*:

*ఎవరైనా సర్వీసు ఓటర్లు తమకు సంబంధించిన వ్యక్తుల ద్వారా ఓటు వేయడానికి ఎన్నికల అధికారుల ద్వారా ముందస్తు అనుమతి తీసుకుంటే వారి పేర్లు క్లాసిఫైడ్‌ సర్వీస్‌ ఓటరు లిస్ట్‌లో ఉంటుంది. అలాంటి వ్యక్తి ఓటు వేయడానికి వస్తే జాబితాలో చూసుకుని సాధారణ ఓటరు మాదిరి అతడికి ఓటు హక్కు కల్పిస్తారు.*

*🤜చాలెంజ్‌ ఓటు:*

*ఓటరు ఎవరైనా ఓటు వేయడానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు ఎన్నికల ఏజెంట్లు ఆ ఓటరుపై అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేస్తే సంబంధిత ఎన్నికల అధికారి ఫిర్యాదు చేసిన వ్యక్తి నుంచి రూ.2 రుసుం తీసుకుని రసీదు ఇస్తారు. వచ్చిన ఓటరు నిజమైనవారా, కాదా అని విచారిస్తారు. నిజమైన వారని తేలితే అతడికి ఓటు హక్కు కల్పించి రూ.2 రుసుంను జప్తు చేస్తారు. అతను నిజమైన వారు కాదని తేలితే ఓటరు నుంచి రూ.2 తీసుకుని ఏజెంట్‌కు అందించి ఓటు వేసేందుకు అనర్హుడిగా ప్రకటిస్తారు.*

*♎ఈడీసీ ఓటు:*

*ఎన్నికల సిబ్బంది ఎలక్షన్‌ డ్యూటీ సర్టిఫికెట్‌(ఈడీసీ) కలిగి ఉంటే అతడి వివరాలు మార్క్‌డ్‌ కాపీలో చివర నమోదు చేస్తారు. సాధారణ ఓటరు మాదిరి ఓటింగ్‌ సౌకర్యం కల్పిస్తారు.*

*⛔టెస్ట్‌*:

*ఓటరు ఓటింగ్‌ కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్‌లోకి వెళ్లి ఓటు వేసిన తర్వాత వీవీప్యాట్‌ నుంచి వచ్చే స్లిప్‌లో తాను ఓటు వేసిన వ్యక్తికి పడలేదని తెలిపితే రాత పూర్వకంగా ఫిర్యాదు తీసుకుంటారు. అతనికి మరోసారి బ్యాలెట్‌ ఇస్తారు. ఓటు వేసేందుకు మరోసారి వెళ్లేటప్పుడు అతనితోపాటు పోలింగ్‌ ఏజెంట్‌ను తీసుకెళ్లి వారి సమక్షంలో ఓటు వేయిస్తారు. వేసిన ఓటుకు వచ్చిన స్లిపు తేడా ఉంటే ఆర్‌వోకు సమాచారం ఇచ్చి ఓటింగ్‌ ప్రక్రియ నిలిపివేస్తారు. వేసిన ఓటుకు వీవీప్యాట్‌లో వచ్చిన స్లిప్‌కు తేడా లేకుంటే ఆ సమాచారాన్ని 17 సీలో నమోదు చేయడంతోపాటు ఏ అభ్యర్థికి ఓటు రికార్డు చేశారనే విషయాన్ని స్పష్టంగా రాస్తారు.*

*⭕నాట్‌ టు ఓటు*:

*ఒక వ్యక్తి పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రంలోకి ప్రవేశించి బ్యాలెట్‌ ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత ఓటు వేయనని అంటే అతని కోరిక మేరకు పీవో అతడిని బయటకు పంపిస్తారు.* *నాట్‌-టు-ఓటు అని రాసి ఆ ఓటును వేరే ఓటరుకు ఇస్తారు...*

During the Pole

1. Ensure that the polling starts at the scheduled time.

2. Explain to all present, the provisions of section 128 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 regarding maintenance of secrecy of voting and warn them of the penalty for any breach.

3. Read out the declaration as per instruction in prescribed Format.

4. Take appropriate precautions regarding handling of indelible ink.

5. Maintain visitor sheet and make entries of visitors as prescribed by the Commission.

6. Intimate the status of commencement of poll to the Returning Ocer through your sector ocer.

7. Before the rst voter signs in Form 17A (Register of Voters), the Polling Ocer 1 shall check with the Presiding Ocer and record in INK in Form 17A that “Total in the Control Unit checked and found to be

Zero”.

8. At regular intervals, check the Ballot Unit(s) and VVPAT to ensure that the voter has not tampered with it in any manner.

9. Check periodically the ‘TOTAL’ for each Control Unit by pressing TOTAL button on CU to ensure that the voting is going as per the serial order of electors (Total should match with voter register i.e., Form 17A last serial number).
