All the Unit Officers noted in the address entry are hereby instructed to prepare and furnish the Name wise number statement for the F.Y. 2024-25 in the following proforma, as the Finance Department has orally instructed to prepare and reconcile Number Statement well in advance.

In view of above, all the Unit Officers are herby instructed to take personal attention while preparing the Number Statement for the F.Y. 2024-25 and ensure submit the following fields correctly.

a) Must fill the Emp.ID (7 Digits), duplicates are not allowed.

b) c) The Designation of the Employee should be in accordance with the Post Name of IFMIS portal given in the Presidential Orders. The Pay particulars of the employee should be given correctly for F.Y 2024-25.
