పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఉపాధ్యాయులు,ఇతర సిబ్బంది తప్పనిసరిగా ప్రార్ధన కు హాజరవ్వాలా లేక ఒక గంట లేట్ పర్మిషన్ కు అనుమతి ఉంటుందా? లేదా ప్రార్ధనకు హాజరుకాకపోతే లేట్ రిజిస్టర్ లో సంతకం చేసి మూడు లేట్ లకు ఒక CL కట్ చేయోచ్చా అను డౌటుకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ స్పష్టమయిన ఉత్తర్వులు Rc.No.527/E2/97 తేదీ: 16.7.1997 జారీచేసింది. ఈ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం 1 గంట లేట్ పర్మిషన్, 3 లేట్ లకు 1 CL అనునది ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల్లో పనిచేసే ఉద్యోగులకు మాత్రమే వర్తిస్తాయి కానీ పాఠశాలలకు వర్తించవు అలాగే ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఇతర సిబ్బంది ఖచ్చితంగా ప్రార్ధనకు హాజరవ్వాలని పై ఉత్తర్వులు తెలుపుతున్నాయి. అనగా ప్రార్థన కు హాజరు కాని ఎడల హాఫ్ డే ( సగం దినం ) CL పెట్టుకోవాలి ( 1/2 CL వేయాలి ).

All the undermention 4 Oficers are hereby informed ( 3 times ) in a month issued in G.O.Ms. No. 334 GAD at . 14-04-67 is ONE HOUR 3 a licable to the enɔloye s working in the offices only and not to the working in the Educational Institutions . Moreover the nature of duties and number of Yorking days are diferent between the employees vorsing in the offices and employees wording in the Educational Institutions .

 Therefore , all the Headmasters , Teachers and staff working in Educational Institutions under all managements in the State are not eligitle to avail ONE HOUR LATE Dernission . All the Headmasters , Teachers and staff of the Eucational Institutions should compulsorily attend the School Assembly and Prayer without fail ,  Fiction All the undermentionel Officers are therefore requested to cununicate these oriers to all the schools uning their juris rith instrutions to fol ow these oriors servulously . 

This has got the ar val of Commr . and D.S.E. , AP , Hy . The receit of these proceedings should be ack10412 and forthwith .
