          All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that in the proceedings 1st read above , detailed Guidelines were issued for receiving and Distributing Nationalized Text Books during 2020-21 The Director , Government Text Book Press , Telangana , Hyderabad has already started delivery of Nationalized Text Books from the printing press to the District Godowns . Further , it is informed that , in the proceedings and read have , certain instructions were issued to all the District Educational Officers in the Stare in this regard and requested to Start distribution of Nationalized Text Books from District Point to Mandal Point and Mandal Point to School Point and to ensure , the Text Books are distributed to all the Schools .

 Therefore , all the District Educational Offices in the State are requested to : 

1. Complete the distribution of Nationalized Text Books to the School points in their jurisdiction before 20.07.2020 and onwards distribute to the students before 25.07.2020 in the presence of SMC .

 2. Submit daily report on online as was done earlier 3. If any problem in the receipt of the Nationalized Text Books , kindly bring it to the notice of the under signed INWARD CH.RAMANA KUMAR NO for Commissioner , of School Education

 To All the District Educational Officers in the State Copy to the Regional Joint Director of School Education , Hyderabad and Warangal to coordinate . --- Copy to all the District Collectors in the State for necessary action -- Copy to the Director , Telangana Government Text Book Press , Hyderabad for necessary action . --Copy to all the Managers of District Government Text Books Depots in the State for necessary action . - Copy submitted to Special Chief Secretary to Government , Education ( SE ) Department , Government of Telangana , Hyderabad .
