*** ORDER:

         In continuation  of  the  orders issued in  the reference 1st read  above,  Government hereby  accorded  permission, under  provisions of  Rule-42  of  Andhra  Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980  read with Fundamental  Rules, to retire  from the Government service on attaining  the age of  superannuation of  60 years in  calendar  year  2018, to  the following  two employees, on the dates shown against their  names,  without prejudice to the right of  the Government  to  take  action  against them  before  or  after  their  retirements, if  they  are  found responsible  for  any  lapses  during  their  service:-
