While communicating the instructions issued by the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad in the reference Iist cited, all the Mandal Educational Officers, School Complex Headmasters and Headmasters in Nirmal District are hereby instructed to ensure aniform implementation of the existing instructions regarding preservation of Earned Leave (EL) for teacher whio are prevented from availing vacation on account of their engagement in Census of India-2027 (Phase-1 11LO) duties as Enumerators, Supervisors, Training Programmes or any other census-related assignments.

It is reiterated that the benefit of preservation of leave shall be regulated strictly in accordan with the instructions issued in Proc.Re.N¥o.03/PIg-12020, dated:21.01.2020 of the Commissioner Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, applicable to teachers engaged in Election Duty, Census Duty and other Govemrient-assigned duties during vacation periods Mandal Educational Officers, School Complex Headmasters and Headmasters shall ensure The that

• Eligible teachers are sanctioned Earned Leave/Paid Leave as per the existing Governme instructions 

• Necessary entries are made in the Service Register of the concerned employee without fail . Proper records and supponting documents relating to Census duty shall be maintained for audit and verification
