ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued by the Government in the 3rd and 4th read above, r/w the proceedings of the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Telangana, Hyderabad, in the 5', read above, whereby Kothagudem Municipality was upgraded as Kothagudem Municipal Corporation and 29.05.2025 was appointed as the date on which the provisions of the Telangana Municipalities (Amendment) Act, 2025 came into force, Kothagudem Municipal Corporation was deemed to have been constituted with effect from 29.05.2025. After careful examination of the matter, the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem, hereby accords permission for extension of House Rent Allowance (HRA) at 17% to all eligible State Government employees working within the limits of Kothagudem Municipal Corporation.
The Government, in G.O.Ms.No.53, F inance (HRM-IV) Department, dated 11.06.2021, issued orders revising the House Rent Allowance (HRA) under the Revised Pay Scales, 2020, duly retaining the existing classification of Cities and Towns. Further, in G,O,Ms,No.54, Finance (HRM-IV) Department, dated 11.06.2021, orders were issued revising the City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) payable to eligible Government employees working in Municipal Corporations:
