Guidelines and Schedule for School Complex Meetings for the academic year 2026-27

Types of School Complex Meetings Conducted in the State:


Pre - Primary school complexes:


The District Educational Officers can start conducting School Complex Meetings for Pre Primary school Instructors from this academic year from the month of August, 2026. For this, the required number of School Complex centers can be identified based on the number of Pre Primary school Instructors across the district. A school without a subject School Complex should be selected as the Pre - Primary School Complex Centre. The Pre Primary School Complex centers should be identified in the same manner as other High School subject School Complexes established earlier.

All Pre-Primary School Instructors working in Pre-Primary Schools shall attend the School Complex Meetings on the allotted day.

On the day of the School Complex Meeting, the responsibility for the smooth functioning of the Pre-Primary School shall be undertaken by the Primary School /Upper primary school Headmaster and one teacher from the primary/upper primary school located in the same premises or habitation, and the AAYA of the Pre-Primary School, ensuring that all school activities continue without any disruption.

The identified Primary Complex Resource Person, under the guidance and supervision of the Complex Headmaster, shall conduct the School Complex Meeting effectively.

Primary school complexes (Classes I-V):

All the Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) working in Primary and Upper Primary schools who are dealing classes' I-V should attend these school complex meetings.

For these primary school complex meetings50% of SGTs attend first day and the remaining 50% SGTs attend next day to avoid disruption to school activities.

Identified Primary Complex Resource Persons under the guidance and supervision of the complex headmaster shall conduct school complex meeting effectively.

Subject School Complexes (Classes VI -X):


• All the School Assistants (SAs) and Language Pundits (LPs) working in Upper Primary and High Schools who are dealing classes' VI-X should attend concerned subject school complex meetings. 
• For the Subject School Complex Meetings, teachers shall attend subiect-wise on different days to minimize disruption to regular school activities: Telugu, Mathematics, and Physical Education teachers shall attend on one day; Hindi, Physical Science, and BiologicalScience teachers shall attend on another day; and English and Social Studies teachers, along with Pre-Primary Instructors, shall attend on a separate day.
