All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that half day schools will be commenced from 15h March onwards till last working day ie. 23,04.2026 of the academic year 2025-26. The schools ile. Primary, Upper Primary_ and High Schools under all managements ie. Govt, Govt. Aided and Private Management shall function from 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and Mid-Day Meals shall be provided at 12:30 P.M. The special classes shall continue for preparing Class X students for the SSC Public Examination, March 2026. The schools which have SSC Examination Centres shall function from 1.00 P.M to 5,00 P.M during the day of exams only remaining days the schools shall follow half day school timings ie. 8:00 A.M to 12.30 Noon.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby directed to communicate the above orders to the schools functioning under all managements and monitor the same for strict implementation.
