All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference 5th cited above, PARAKH under NCERT, New Delhi, has rescheduled the dates for conducting the Foundational Learning Study (FLS) through Tab-Based Assessment in the State of Telangana. The assessment, which was earlier scheduled on 12th and 13th March, 2026, will now be conducted on 30th and 31st March, 2026
The FLS will be administered through tab to Grade Ill students in all Primary and Upper Primary Schools of all managements across the 33 districts of Telangana. The assessment will evaluate students' competencies in Language (Telugu/Urdu/English) anc Numeracy, with a focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).
Therefore, all the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to disseminate this information to all schools of various managements in their respective districts and ensure that adeguate practice and preparedness are provided to all Grade Ill students for the smooth conduct of the assessment on 30th and 31st March, 2026
