In view of the provisions laid down in the ref.1st cited and as per the instructions under ref. 2nd cited, the District Educational Officer, Nalgonda is pleased to accord permission to the High School Headmasters, Complex Headmaster and Mandal Educational Officer in the distric to preserve the Earned Leaves proportionately as per FR 82, to the teachers/ Headmaster who have attended five [05] days Training Programme conducted during the summer vacation 2025 as per the guidelines issued by the SCERT, Hyderabad in the following three spells subject to the producing of attendance certificate issued by the competent authority

1. 13.05.2025 to 17.05.2025

 2. 20.05.2025 to 24.05.2025

 3. 26.05.2025 to 30.05.2025

Further the School Complex Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officer in the district are also hereby permitted to sanction Compensatory Casual Leaves [CCL's] to the teachers who have discharged the Gram Panchayat Election duties on general holidays i.e. 30.11.2025 07.12.2025, 13.12.2025 and 14.12.2025 on producing of attendance certificate issued by the competent authority as per the eligibility and as per the rules in vogue

Therefore, the complex Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are instructed to take necessary action accordingly.
