Employee Declaration form of DA Arrears for Income Tax

hereby declare that the Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears credited to CPS Contributory Pension Scheme) employees during the month of January-2026 have already been declared in my Income Tax Returns / Tax Forms of the respective previous financial years.

Since the above said DA arrears for CPS (Contributory Pension Scheme) employees were already disclosed earlier, there is no requirement to include the same amount again in my Income Tax form for the current financial year.
