In view of the provisions laid down in the reference 1st cited and as per the instructions contained in the reference 2nd cited, the District Educational Officer, Kamareddy is pleased to accord permission to the High School Headmasters, Complex Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers in the District to preserve the Earned Leaves proportionately to the teachers / HMs who have attended five (05) days Training Programme conducted as per the guidelines of SCERT Telangana, Hyderabad in a phased manner during the summer vacation-2025 i.e., 13.05.2025 to 17.05.2025, 20.05.2025 to 24.05.2025 and 27.05.2025 to 31.05.2025 as per rules and as per their eligibility and on production of the attendance certificate issued by the competent authority.

Further, the Headmasters, Complex Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are also hereby permitted to sanction Compensatory Casual Leaves (CCLS) to the teachers who have discharges the Gram Panchayat Election duties / trainings on general holidays i.e., 26.09.2025, 30.11.2025, 07.12.2025, 13.12.2025 and 14.12.2025 on production of attendance certificate issued by the competent authority as per the eligibility and as per the rules in vogue. 

Therefore, the Complex Headmasters and Mandal Educational Officers in the District are instructed to take action accordingly
