Sub : Pension Extension of option of Invalidation Pension and Family Pension to the State Government employees covered by CPS and their family members in case of premature exit due to invalidation / death -sought for necessary orders/Clarifications for date of restoration of Family Pension - Reg.

Ref: Letter No.D1/3692/2017 reconed from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, dated: 10.01.2024.

The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Hyd., is informed that the Family Pension is payable from the next date of death of State Government Employees covered by CPS (NPS) in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, Finance (HRM.V) Department, Dt:11.06.2021 and take action accordingly.
