The RJDSEs of Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Education Officers in the State are informed that as per the Academic Calendar 2025-26, Seven (7) School Complex Meetings are to be conducted in the months of July, August, September, November, December, January and February for Primary, Upper Primary, and High School teachers for one day and certain guidelines were issued for effective conducting of school complex meetings vide reference 2
nd cited. Due to heavy rains and other reasons the scheduled school complex meetings of August month were cancelled. So, in this month the school complex meetings will be conducted on 9th, 10 th (Primary), 11th and 12th(High school) of September 2025,instead of proposed dates16th,17th (Primary),18 th and 19th (High school)of September 2025.
All the District Educational Officers are hereby informed to initiate
School Complex Meetings for Physical Education Teachers (PETs), Physical Education Subject Assistants (SAs), and Part-Time Instructors (PETs) commencing from September 2025. For this, the required number of School Complex centers can be identified based on the number of teachers across the district.A school without a subject School Complex should be selected as the Physical Education School Complex centre.The Physical Education
subject School Complex centers should be identified in the same manner as other HighSchool subject School Complexes established earlier.
SRPs/DRPs who attended summer trainings will act as Resource Persons of these school complex meetings.
Mathematics, Physical Science and Biological Science Subject School
Complex meetings should be held in the month of September 2025 in
Telangana Model Schools/DIET Colleges/any other schools/colleges where computers are available. For the smooth conduct of Mathematics, Physical
Science, and Biological Science sessions, suitable venues shall be identified that are equipped with an adequate number of functional computers, stable internet connectivity, and audio-visual equipment such as projectors and sound systems.Preference may be given to Government Model Schools or other Government schools with the required facilities.
