In partial modification of the reference cited, all the District Educational officers in the state are informed that. As part of the Future-Ready Telangana initiative, the Government has introduced Digital Literacy curriculum as one unit integrated into the Mathematics textbooks of Classes I to V from the academic year 2025-26.
In this regard, 165 Mathematics teachers from pilot schools received training in April 2025, followed by state-wide training for all primary & upper primary schools SGTs who are dealing with mathematics subject in May 2025.
To further reinforce the learning, it is decided to organise a state level two hour orientation session virtually through T-SAT NIPUNA on "Implementation of Digital Literacy Curriculum" to all the concerned SGTs who are dealing with mathematics subject from classes I to V in primary and upper primary schools on 9th July, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to:
➤ Instruct all the Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of Primary and Upper Primary Schools to ensure that all SGTs handling Mathematics for Classes I to V attend and view the above programme without fail.
➤ The attendance of the teachers will be captured through Telangana School Education Mobile App and individual online certificate will be generated through Mobile App to all the attended teachers. Hence, the concerned teachers are instructed to mark the attendance and get the online training certificate.
➤ Ensure 100% attendance for this programme.
