Sir/Madam,

Sub: School Education- Providing certain exemptions and concessions to the Children with Special Needs (CwSN) in SSC Public Examinations March-2026-Certain Information called for-Reg.

2. G.O Ms.No.12 School Education (Prog.II) Dept, dt: 09.03.2023.

3. Proceedings on even number, Dt:05.12.2023 of the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad.

As you are aware that Government have issued orders vide reference, 1* & 2ndcited above, for providing exemptions and concessions to the Children with Special Needs (CwSN) in SSC Public Examinations from the academic year 2022-23 onwards in the State.

In this regard, all the District Educational officers are here by requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Heads of the Schools in your district who are presenting the CwSN candidates for ensuing SSC Public Examinations March-2026 regarding submission of CwSN applications (application hosted in the Office website i.e. bse.telangana.gov.in) along with Original Medical certificates of disability and the Photo Copy of the Medical Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer by 15.07.2025. In case of any application rejected by the school, the same should also sent to the District Educational officer concerned and Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad for such rejection.

Further, you are informed to verify (validity of Medical Certificate of disability, disabled category etc.) the requests in accordance with the rules in the G.O Ms.No.27 School Education (Prog.II) Dept, dt: 07.11.2022 and the Original Medical Certificates of disability thoroughly and consolidate the received requests and forward to Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad by 25.07.2025. In case of rejection, reasons for the same will be intimated
