2. Proposals received from the Mandal Educational Officers/Head Masters in Medak District.

Attention of all The Mandal Educational Officers/Head Masters Concerned are invited to the reference read above, The District Collector, Medak has instructed to identify the surplus teachers to adjust the said teachers in the needy schools based on the enrollment for quality education.
Accordingly, requested to all the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters concerned to submit the surplus staff and requirement of teachers in their juridical/ School. The MEOS/HMs has submitted the proposals duly indicating the adjustments to be made in schools based on the student ratio for smooth functioning of the schools in the district on purely temporary basis until further orders.
In this regard based on the proposals, received from the Mandal Educational Officers and Head Masters in the district vide ref. 2nd read above & keeping in view of the instructions of the District Collector, Medak, depute the teachers to the needy schools as per the annexure enclosed. with immediate effect, until from the orders. Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously.
Therefore, The Mandal Educational Officers/Head Masters Concerned are instructed to relieve the teachers immediately with instructions to report at the adjusted schools mentioned against their names and report compliance to the undersigned. And also instruction to make a mechanism whether teachers are attending schools regularly are not before claiming the salary to the said teachers.
The concerned Head Masters are also instructed to admit the teachers and allotted class time table, deputed teachers to their school and report compliance. Further, the Head Master concerned are instructed to obtain certificate for claiming the salary.
Top priority should be given to this item of work.
