The attention of the concerned District Educational Officers is invited to the references read above and they are informed that, the Director, Centre for Innovations in Public Systems (CIPS) and the Save the Children as an MoU with School Education Department, Govt. of Telangana to improve the learning levels of children at High School level, it has planned and conducted the pilot study in certain High Schools on 09.02.2023 in collaboration with Director, SCERT, to capture the opinions of the Teachers, Headmasters and Children. Based on the pilot study, the Rapid Survey tools have been received.

Further, the Director, SCERT collaborated with CIPS has decided to conduct Rapid Survey in all the districts from 08.03.2023 to 15.03.2023. For this purpose, the planning meeting will be conducted with the identified Resources Teachers on 06th March, 2023 at Osmania University Centre for International Programmes (OUCIP), Hyderabad.

In this regard, concerned DEOS are requested to relieve the identified Resource Teachers to attend the planning meeting at OUCIP, Hyderabad on 06th March, 2023 by 10.00 a.m. and to attend Pilot Study in High Schools from 08.03.2023 to 15.03.2023. All the resource teachers are requested to attend along with the reports and data at OUCIP on 15th March, 2023 by 10.00 a.m. The List is herewith appended.

Shri.Suvarna Vinayak, Language Department from SCERT (overall incharge) will coordinate with this activity with CIPS and Save the Children. Shri. D.Ramesh Rao & Dr.M.Arjun, SCERT, TS are the programme Facilitators.

The TA, DA and Honorarium will be paid by the CIPS.
