*** The Hon'ble Chief Minister has directed that promotions to all categories of posts in all Departments at all levels should be taken up immediately and completed by 31st January, 2021. Secretaries/Secretaries/HODS and the Collectors shall initiate immediate action accordingly. The Spl. Chief Secretaries/Prl. Promotions in all respects, duly completing DPCS, if any, shall be The Special Chief 2. 31.01.2021. Secretaries Prl. completed by Secretaries/Secretaries shall submit category wise status in this regard to the undersigned duly compiling information from their subordinate offices including District offices and Sub-District office. In respect of third level gazetted and above the proposals shall be submitted by the Secretaries concerned duly compiling information from their HODS offices to GAD (Services) for convening of DPC by 11.01.2021. Similarly, all Secretariat promotions shall be also processed by GAD and DPCS shall be completed by 24.01.2021 so as to issue promotion orders before 31.01.2021. 3. 4. Collectors shall submit the progress report on every Tuesday by 5.00 PM duly compiling from their subordinate offices to GAD. On 6th, 12th, 20th & 27th at 11.00 AM, the Chief Secretary will conduct a review meeting with all the Special Chief Secretaries/Prl.Secretaries/Secretaries to review the progress in 10th floor, BRKR Bhavan, Hyderabad.
