Sub: Surrender of Earned Leave Bill - Irregular drawal of Family Planning incentive increment Rs.30.

 Ref:

 MH-2202 - General Education, Month of A/cs.: 01/2020 - Voucher No.30344, DL08-01-2020 for Rs 1,12,693 

No allowance, except DA and HRA, any other compensatory allowance along with pay shall be given on the surrender leave/leave encashment bill as per Circular Thus incentrve No 64861/797/FR-1/71-1, Finance (FR-I) Department dt.14-07-1972. increments viz, the Telangana Special Increment and Family Planning Incentive Increment which are not compensatory allowances and hence they are not allowed with such bills. During scrutiny of the above voucher, it was observed that Family Planning incentive increment of Rs.30 was allowed for calculation of Surrender of Earned Leave to Sri Sajid Mohiuddin, School Assistant. Action taken for recovery of excess paid amount of Rs.30 may be intimated to audit. Pending reply, an amount of Rs.30 is kept under objection.
