In partial modification of orders issued in the references 1st and 2n° cited, Government hereby issue the following orders keeping in view of guidelines on Unlock 4 issued vide reference 3rd cited:-
Online/distance learning shall continue to be permitted and shall be encouraged.
(1) All Teaching Staff /Non-Teaching Staff shall attend the work from home for counselling /Watsapp Group study / other online study group etc, till 20th S eptember.
(ii) A maximum of 50% of teaching and non-teaching staff are permitted to be called to the schools/colleges at a time for online teaching/tele-counselling and related work, in areas outside the Containment Zones only, with effect from 21* September, 2020 until further orders.
(iii) The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Commissioner of Technical Education, Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad are requested to take necessary action in this regard. 2.
