The teachers as shown in the Annexure are requested to submit Regularization Proforma 1&II, No Allegations/Service satisfactory/No Disciplinary cases pending, Non availment of EOL, certificates along with Service register Xerox copies with Employee ID duly attested by the concerned Verification Officer/HMs/MEOS for regularization of services and probation declaration to the undersigned immediately.
