       &kv& In view of the above reference 1st, 2nd, 3rd cited, the Hon'ble District Collector, kamareddy vide reference 6th cited has accorded permission to preserve the Earned Leaves to the teachers /Head Masters who attended during the Election duty in summer 2019 in connection with MPTC/ZPTC Elections basing on the attendance certificate issued by the concerned Election Authority /RO. Therefore all the Mandal Educational Officers /Head Masters are requested to sanction Earned Leaves to the teachers /Head masters who were attended Election duties in summer holidays by obtaining duty certificate issued by the concerned election authority/RO. Further they are also informed that the Mandal Educational MPTC/ZPTC Election duty requested to apply to District Educational Officer kamareddy for preservation of Earned Leaves while Officer/Headmasters (PO/APO/OPO) in summer holidays are who were attend enclosing duty certificate issued by the Authority /RO concerned.
