           While enclosing herewith a copy of the reference 3rd read above along with its enclosures, all the HoDs under control of this office, all the RJDSE's and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to readout the Preamble of the Constitution on 26.11.2019 at 11.00 AM this year and every year and suggested to put up a banner regarding Samvidhan Divas at place where Preamble is being read out by everybody and also requested to send the photographs and pictures etc. to the official concerned and also upload on the website of the Department of Justice at www.doj.gov.in This should be treated as Most Important.
