             All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that as per instructions issued by the Commissioner of School Education, AP, on implementation of e-Hazar in the schools in state during the summer vacation, the following instructions are issued for immediate necessary action:

1. The Headmasters of High Schools, who work in schools during summer vacation, should mark their attendance in e-Hazar

2. E-Hazar User Manual should be circulated to every Headmaster in the district concerned through e-mail

3. All e-Hazar devices tabs should be noted in Asset Management App

4. As the data of present existing devices in the schools/offices were freezed, the e-Hazar devices in the schools should not be shifted from one cother school under any crcumstances tbere is no proper safety at School Point, those devices may be ker the control of MEO concerned with proper acknowledgement.

6. The DEOs shall take necessary steps to complete the device rationalisation before re-opening of the schools.

The Regionat Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers in the state are, therefore, instructed to take necessary steps to implement the above mentioned instructions and also issue necessary instructions to all the MEOs / Headmaster of High Schools in this regard.
