     District Election Officer & Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem Orders No. TSLA2018TRNG2/110/2018 2.The Nodal Officer for Polling Personnel, Bhadradri Kothagudem letter Re.No.Elections,20184, Dated. 0112.2018 Whereas orders have been issued vide reference read above, duly appointing Sri/Smt K RAJESH, SGT, GPS,THOGUDEM, MULAKALAPALLI as Presiding Officer Assistant Presiding Officer/Other Polling Officer to the 19-Bhadrachalam (ST) Assembly Constituency and directed to attend the training class at Anubose Institute of Technology, Palvoncha. But the individual has failed to attend the said training programme without any prior permission from the undersigned, and where as exemption have been given to PHC employees, Pregnant&Lactating women, Old age employees etc., And whereas the Distriet Election officer & Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem after careful consideration of the available material and having due regard to the circumstances of the case, is satisfied that it is necessary to place Sri /Smt, K.Rajesh under suspension due to violation of Section 134 in the Representation of the People Act, 1951 Now, therefore, in exereise of the powers conferred by 20 A and 26 of the Representation of the People Act, 195, the District Election Officer & Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem hereby place the said Sri/ Smt.K.Rajesh under suspension with immediate effect and he shall continue to be under suspension until the completion of the disciplinary proceedings. It is further ordered that during the period this order remains in force, the head quarters of Sri Smt K.Rajesh shall be at Mulkalapalli and he/ she shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining the prior permission of the undersigned It is also further ordered that during the period of suspension, Sri /Smt.K.Rajesh shall be paid subsistence allowance equivalent to he leave salary on H.P.L. The D.A. and other allowances shall be paid along with subsistence allowance. The quantum of subsistence allowance will be reviewed and revised in terms of FR 53(1) after (6) months.
