             In continuation of the reference read above, the Finance and Accounts oflicer of this office is informed that the Commissioner of School Education & Ex Officio Project Direct Rs.90,10,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakhs Ten Thousand only) to (56) Girls Hostels attached to the Model Schools for meeting the expenditure outsourcing staffs of electricity and water bill, sporls activities and news paper and ma procurement of utensils, beds, mattresses, etc. A detailed statement along with list of Hostels is enclosed herewith. or, RMSA, A.P is pleased to sanction for an amount of for honorarium to the g expenditure for children, payment gazine and oodin herefore, the Finance and Accounts officer is requested to arrange to release an amount of Rs.90,10,000/ (Rupees Ninety Lakhs Ten Thousand only) to (56) Girls Hostels attached ro the Model Schools lor meeting the expenditure for honorarium to the outsourcing stall salaries, fooding and lodging expenditure for children, payment of electricity and water bill, sports activities and news and magazine, etc. and procuremet of utensils, beds, mattresses, etc. duly meeting the expenditure from the available recurring grants of RMSA subject to recoupment from Girls Hostels recurring grants. paper
