ORDER
⏩ As per the Government Orders issued in the references cited and as per the expenditure work flow configuration, certain DDOs are submitted salary claims for the month of April, 2018. Most of the DDOs are yet to be submitted the salary bills of April, 2018 to this Office. In this regard, the APCFSS Authorities have informed that all the salary claims for the month of April, 2018, which will be submitted on or before 28.03.2018 should be processed immediately and forwarded to payment process through CFMS by forenoon of 30.04.2018.
⏩ As per the oral instructions of Special Chief Secretary to Government (FAC), Finance Department, all the Officers and Staff of Audit Sections are hereby instructed to take personal attention to clear the salary claims of April, 2018, whicth are submitted to this Office, duly following the Government instructions issued in the reference 2d cited
⏩ In view of the above, all Officers and Staff of Audit are hereby instructed to attend the Office on 28.04.2018 and 29,04 2018 to complete the work of salary claims for the month of April,2018 No leaves will be sanctioned to the Officers and Staff of Audit Sections and they should not leave the headquarters without permission of the undersigned Pay and Accounts Officer
