While communicating a copy of the reference 2nd read above, the Mandal Educational Officer/ Headmasters/ Complex Headmasters in the district are hereby directed to ensure for uniform implementation of the existing instructions for preservation of earned Leave as per FR 82 when prevented from availing summer vacation for Election duty/ enumeration census/ Training etc, which are stipulated in Proc.Rc.No:03/plg-1/2020, dt:21,.01.2020 of the Commissioner of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad. Subject to following conditions

1. On production of duty certificate issued by the competent authority. 

2. In any case the total number of ELs, acquired by virtue of prevention of vacatior /summer vacation shall not exceed 30 days [inclusive of 6 days.

Action should be taken accordingly and make necessary entries in the service register of the individual concerned without fail, Any deviation of norms issued vide ref.2nd cited will be viewed seriously and the concerned Headmaster/Mandal Educational Officer will be held responsible for further consequences.

The receipt of these proceedings shall be acknowledged forthwith.
