The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the references 1st and 2nd read above, through which detailed guidelines on establishment of Pre-Primary Sections in Telangana Govt. /Local Body schools were communicated.
The qualification for Pre-Primary Instructor has been prescribed in the Annexure (on page 2 at 3.Human Resource Deployment) enclosed to Govt. Memo. in the reference 1st cited which states that:
"xoxx... Minimum qualification for Pre-Primary Instructor shal be Intermediate(10+2) or its equivalent. Preference shall be given to candidates with Qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching,. . xxx"
In this context, , the DEOs & EO-DPOs, SS are informed that the candidates with Diploma in Pre-School Education(DPSE), Nursery Teacher Education, Early Childhood Education Programme(D.E.C.Ed) of Duration of not less than two years or Bachelor of Education (Nursery) shall be given preference while engaging the services of Pre-Primary Instructors
Therefore, the DEOs & EO-DPOs, SS, shall take necessary action accordingly.
