Academic Calendar for the Year 2026-27
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
- Date of reopening of schools after summer vacation: 12.06.2026
- The last working day for the academic year: 23.04.2027 (227 working days)
- Summer Vacation: 24.04.2027 to 13.06.2027 (including 12th & 13th Second Saturday and Sunday)
- Syllabus distribution for A.Y. 2026-27: The syllabus for all subjects for class X shall be completed by 10.01.2027 and conduct revision classes and pre-final exams before commencement of SSC Board Examination.
- Syllabus for Classes I to IX shall be completed by 28.02.2027. The revision and remedial teaching and preparation for SA2 exams will be during the month of March & April, 2027.
- Remedial classes for Classes I to IX shall be conducted every day during the post-lunch session until the end of September, covering one subject per day.
- Sports/Games shall be conducted every day.
- Yoga and Meditation are to be conducted daily in school Assembly or after Assembly in the class room. 5 minutes shall be allocated for this activity.

SCHOOL TIMINGS
- High Schools: 09.00 AM to 04.15 PM. In case of twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the High School timings will be 08.45 AM to 04.00 PM.
- Upper Primary Schools: 09.00 AM to 04.15 PM and in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad 08.45 AM to 04.00 PM.
- Primary Schools and Primary Section of Upper Primary Schools (classes I to V): 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM and in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the timings will be 08.45 AM to 03.45 PM.
- Pre-Primary Sections: 09:00 am to 12:30 pm and in twin cities of
- Hyderabad and Secunderabad, the timings will be 08.45 AM to 12.00 PM.

SMC/AAPC & PTMs MEETINGS
School Management Committee (SMC) / AAPC meetings must be conducted during the 3rd Saturday of every month and minutes of the meetings must be recorded. The Headmaster must inform all the SMC/ AAPC Members and ensure their participation.
