      The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references cited above, wherein PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi, is scheduled to conduct the Foundational Learning Study (FLS) through Tab Based Assessment on 12th & 13th, March, 2026 in Telangana State.

The FLS will be administered through Telangana School Education App to Grade llI students in all Primary and Upper Primary Schools of all managements across the 33 districts of Telangana, assessing competencies in Language (Telugu/Urdu/English) and Numeracy, with a focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN),

In continuation of the preparatory activities, SCERT has developed Mock Test-lll based on the FLS framework covering core competencies in Reading, Writing, and Numeracy. The question papers in Telugu, English, and Urdu media will be made available in the Telangana School Education App prior to 01.03.2026 and also available Soft copy in the SCERT website (https://scert.telangana.gov.in/ ). Download and take a printout of one copy for your convenience at the time of exam conducted in the Tealangana School Education APP.

A demo also conducted virtually on 26.02.2026 to all the District Quality coordinators from SCERT on how to Conduct of 3rd mock test effectively through Telangana Schoo Education App and requested them to conduct a demo on virtually on the same to all the concerned teachers at district level by 28.02.2026.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are hereby requested to instruct all schools of all managements having Ill class under their jurisdiction to conduct Mock Test-Ill through app based for Class Ill students on 02nd March and 04th March 2026 based on the III class enrollment through Telangana School Education App

without fail.
