It has been observed that certain cheques are being generated with multiple parties in a single cheque, as a result it has been waiting for clearance for a long time.
2. Hence, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Pay and Accounts Officer and Director. Works Accounts. Telangana, Hyderabad are instructed to generate cheques with a single party for a single cheque/token. If any deviation noticed. will be viewed seriously.
3. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Pay and Accounts Officer and Director of Works Accounts, Telangana, Hyderabad are requested to take further action accordingly and it may be treated as MOST IMPORTANT.
