The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references cited above, wherein PARAKH, NCERT, New Delhi, is planning to conduct the Foundational Learning Study (FLS) tentatively on 26 February 2026.

The FLS will be administered to Grade III students in all Primary and Upper Primary schools of all managements across the 33 districts of Telangana, assessing competencies in Language (R1 Telugu/Urdu/English) and Numeracy, with a focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

In this connection, SCERT has prepared item banks for the Foundational Learning Study in three media, namely Telugu, English, and Urdu, and the same have been made available on the official SCERT website.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to instruct all schools of all managements under their jurisdiction to conduct Mock Test-II for Class III students to improve performance in FLS-2026 from 30 to 31st January 2026. The Mock Test-II question papers will be made available before 28th January on the official SCERT website for use by all managements.

FLS – Mock Test–II ముఖ్య సూచనలు

🔹 SCERT, తెలంగాణ ద్వారా Foundational Learning Study (FLS)–2026 నిర్వహణ.

🔹 తరగతి–III విద్యార్థుల కోసం Mock Test–II నిర్వహించాలి.

🔹 Mock Test–II తేదీలు: 30-01-2026 నుండి 31-01-2026 వరకు.

🔹 పరీక్షలు తెలంగాణలోని అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల ప్రాథమిక & అపర్ ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలల్లో నిర్వహించాలి.

🔹 పరీక్షలో భాష (తెలుగు/ఉర్దూ/ఇంగ్లీష్) మరియు సంఖ్యాజ్ఞానం (Numeracy) నైపుణ్యాల అంచనా.

🔹 FLS ప్రశ్నపత్రాల Item Banks ను SCERT అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉంచారు.

🔹 Mock Test–II ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు 28-01-2026 లోపు SCERT వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో లభ్యం.

🔹 హెడ్‌మాస్టర్లు తరగతి–III ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రశ్నపత్రాల ముద్రిత ప్రతిని అందించాలి.

🔹 ప్రశ్నపత్రాల ముద్రణ ఖర్చు School Grants నుంచి వెచ్చించవచ్చు.
