The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references cited wherein vide references Ist and 2nd cited, instructions were issued authorizing District Collectors to make adjustments of teachers within the district, duly analyzing school-wise and subject-wise requirements based on student enrolment,

Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that instructions were issued vide reference 6"" cited, to complete the work adjustment from surplus school to needy schools. Accordingly all the District Educational Officers have completed the work adjustment. After work adjustment, as per online report it is noticed that still some of the schools are having shortage of teachers even though surplus teachers are available in the District.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed to verify the schools whose list is enclosed and ensure that surplus teachers are deputed to the needy schools. The District Educational Officers are also informed to depute surplus teachers to schools in which teachers retire/go on long leave if there is requirement in the school.

Details of schools which have surplus teachers and schools which have shortage of teachers are herewith enclosed.
