The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above. They are informed that the Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of September, 2025 is to be held on 20.09.2025(Saturday) in all Government, Local body Schools, KGBVs and TG Model Schools in the State as per guidelines issued in the reference 1st read above. The theme of September, 2025 Parent Teacher Meeting on 20.09.2025 is Best & Safe Dasara Vacation.
Prior intimation to parents by sending invitation in writing through the students of the School by HMs well in advance to invite them PTM, request the parents to bring their mobiles to the meeting. attendance of their children. In this context, they are requested to ensure the following.
i) for PTM in order to ensure 100% participation by parents as role of parents is crucial for academic growth of their children.
ii HMs shall specially focus on parents who are not attending PTMs and to ensure their attendance.
iii) As most of the parents in Rural Areas are engaged in agriculture work and in Urban Areas are engaged with other works, it is suggested that the PTM may be conducted at time convenient to the parents to enable the parents to attend the Meeting.

v) HM shall download the resources of Parent Teachers Meeting from School Education APP before the conduct of Parent Teachers Meeting using the school credentials.

Dussehra vacation is an important time, as exams follow right after the break. Here are some simple tips to help children stay prepared while enjoying their holidays to the fullest!
1. Share with your children how you celebrated Dussehra in your childhood. Share your stories and adventures with your children during those days. Encourage grandparents to share their experiences.
2. Encourage your children to collect various flowers for Bathukamma and help them identify each flower. Encourage your children to grow flowers like tangedu, balli, chamanthi, and gunugu flowers at home if possible.
3. If children need to go near puddles, wells, or ponds during the festival, do not send them without adult supervision.
4. Encourage them to study for at least an hour every day. Following a timetable will help them study | effectively.
5. You can make learning easier by asking questions. For example, open their textbook, show them a picture, and ask them to identify or describe it.
6. Suggest that we celebrate Dussehra in an eco-friendly manner. Try to reduce the use of plastic wherever possible.
