The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references cited. Vide references 1st and 2nd cited, instructions were issued authorizing District Collectors to make adjustments of teachers within the district, duly analyzing school-wise and subject-wise requirements based on student enrolment.
Further, vide reference 4th cited, all the District Educational Officers were instructed to complete the work adjustment by 15.07.2025 and to issue necessary instructions to all the Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools to update/enter the details of teachers who have been deputed to other schools under work adjustment, in the website "schooledu telangana.gov.in under Teacher Information System Deputatione-Cancel Deputation, by 22.07.2025.
In this regard, vide reference 5th cited, Government have accorded permission for promotions to the posts of Gazetted Headmasters and School Assistants working in Governanent and Zilla Parishad Schools. The promotions were completed on 26.08.2025 However, it has come to notice that some Primary Schools and High Schools are functioning with insufficient teachers as per norms.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to complete the work adjustment process with the approval of Collectors as per reference 1 cited by taking into consideration the latest enrolment and availability of teaching staff within the District by 04.09.2025 without fail.
