Sub: TSS Hyderabad - Higher Secondary schools & Junior Colleges - Updating the data in UDISE+-2025-26 Printing of Students PEN Number on Nominal Roll, Hall Tickets and Memos of Intermediate - Requested - Regarding.
Ref:- Letter Rc.No.3692/TSS/MIS.T7/2019, Dt.10.07.2025 received from the Directo of School Education & State Project Director, TSS, Hyderabad.
The Director, Board of Intermediate Education Hyderabad is informed that, in the reference cited, the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad has reported that the data of 94,806 students studying in Junior Colleges data is missing in UDISE+ portal. Incomplete data entry is reflecting high dropout rates at higher secondary level and is showing low GER and NER ratio and low GER, NER and high dropout rate would impact the Performance Grading Index (PGI) of Telangana state.
Therefore, the Director, Board of Intermediate Education Hyderabad is directed to issue instructions to all the Principals of Junior Colleges to enter the students data in UDISE+ for the year 2025-26 without any further delay.
The Director, Board of Intermediate Education Hyderabad is also directed to make necessary arrangements to print the students PEN Number on examination Nominal Roll, Hall Tickets and Memos of Intermediate from the academic year 2025-26.
