Dearness Allowance (DA), sanctioned to the employees of Government of Telangana from 26.39% of basic pay to 30.03% of basic pay from 1st January, 2023.

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు 3.64 శాతం డీఏ పెంచుతూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. డీఏ పెంపు 2023 జనవరి ఒకటో తేదీ నుంచి వర్తిస్తుందని వెల్లడించింది. జూలై జీతంతో కలిపి పెరిగిన డీఏ చెల్లింపులు చేయనున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం పేర్కొంది.
- పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న డీఏ విడుదలకు ప్రభుత్వం గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ ఇచ్చింది.రెండవ డిఎ ఆరు నెలల్లో విడుదల చేయనుంది.
- పెరిగిన డీఏ 2023 జనవరి 1వ తేదీ నుంచి వర్తింపు
- జూలై 1న చెల్లించే జూన్ జీతంతో కలిపి పెరిగిన డీఏ చెల్లింపు
- 2023 జనవరి 1 నుంచి ఈనెల వరకు డీఏ బకాయిలు జీపీఎఫ్ ఖాతాలో జమ చేస్తారు.
- సీపీఎస్ ఉద్యోగులకు డీఏ బకాయిలు 10 శాతం ప్రాన్ ఖాతాకు జమ
- సీపీఎస్ ఉద్యోగులకు మిగతా 90 శాతం 28 వాయిదాల్లో చెల్లింపు
- సీపీఎస్ ఉద్యోగులకు 2025 జూలై నుంచి 28 వాయిదాల్లో చెల్లింపులు
- రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగులకు(01.10.2025 లోపు రిటైర్ అయ్యేవారు) డీఏ బకాయిలు 28 వాయిదాల్లో చెల్లింపు
The above revision of Dearness Allowance shall also be applicable to;
a) The employees of Zilla Parishads, Mandal Parishads, Gram Panchayats, Municipalities, Municipal Corporations, Agricultural Market Committees and Zilla Grandhalaya Samasthas, Work Charged Establishment, who are drawing pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020.
b) Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Aided Institutions including Aided Polytechnics who are drawing pay in a regular scale of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020.
However, in the case of employees who are due to retire on or before 31.10.2025, the arrears of Dearness allowance shall be drawn and paid in twenty-eight (28) equal monthly installments as the employees due to retire on Superannuation are exempted from making any subscription to the General Provident Fund during the last 4 months of service.
In respect of the employees who were appointed to Government service on or after 01.09.2004 and are governed by the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS), 10% of the Dearness Allowance arrears from 1st of January, 2023 to 31st of May, 2025 shall be claimed and credited to PRAN accounts of the individuals along with the Government share as per the existing orders. The remaining 90% of Dearness Allowance arrears shall be paid in twenty-eight (28) equal monthly installments from the month of June, 2025 payable on 1st of July, 2025.
In respect of Full Time Contingent employees, who are not eligible for GPF accounts, the arrears may be paid in twenty-eight (28) equal monthly installments from the month of June, 2025 payable on 1st of July, 2025.
In the event of Death of any employee before the issue of these orders, the legal-heir(s) shall be entitled to the arrears of Dearness Allowance paid in lumpsum.
The term 'Pay' for this purpose shall be as defined in F.R.9 (21) (a) (i).
The expenditure on the Dearness Allowance to the employees of Agricultural Market Committees and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation shall be met from their own funds in view of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.9, Finance (PC-I) Department, dated: 18.01.2010.
All Departments of Secretariat and Heads of Departments are requested to issue suitable instructions to the Drawing and Disbursing Officers under their control and to see that these instructions are followed scrupulously. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts/ Director of Works Accounts/ Director of State Audit/ Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad, are requested to issue suitable instructions to their subordinate officers so as to compliance these orders.
In respect of D.A pending w.e.f. 1.7.2023, orders will be issued separately after (6) months.
