1.(caps) All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that, indent has been placed with the Chief General manager, TGTPC Itd. Hyderabad vide reference 1st cited, for supply of 1,11,96,249 note books to the students of 6 to 12 classes of 8604 schools during the year 2025-26 up to school point.

2.(caps)They are also informed that, advance amount of Rs.5.084 crores was also sanctioned and released to the Chief General manager, TGTPC Itd. Hyderabad. The list of schools with addresses and Names of the Head Masters along with their phone numbers are also furnished to the TGTPC Hyderabad vide this office letter Dt.16.04.2025.

3.(caps)Further the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that, the Govt. have decided to supply the note books to the students of 1 to 5 classes also during the year 2025-26. Indent is being placed separately with the TGTPC Itd. Hyderabad. Action is also being taken by the TGTPC Hyderabad separately for supply of note books to the schools.

4.(caps)Therefore, the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to issue instructions to the Head Masters of Govt. Local Body, TREIS, TG Model Schools, KGBV and URS schools for keeping one responsible person in the school to receive the note books and to issue acknowledgement to the TGTPC Itd. Hyderabad without fail. The MEO of the concerned Mandal may be directed to watch the supply of note books to the schools and report the progress of supply of note books to the concerned DEO on day to day basis.

5.(caps)The DEOs are informed that, an APP has been developed to track the distribution of Text Books, Note Books and Work Books to the students. The tracker has already been communicated to them. On receipt of the Text Books and Work books at the district point, the DEOs must ensure to upload the data in the tracker. Similarly, the Head masters should also upload the data in the tracker immediately after receipt of the Text Books, Note Books and Work Books at the school point.

6.(caps)The DEOs should watch the progress of supply of note books to the school points in their respective districts and report the same to this office through mail every day.

7.(caps)This reference should be treated as Most Urgent and these instructions shall be followed scrupulously without any deviation.
