In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 and Section 99 of the AndhraPradesh Education Act 1982 (Act 1 of 1982) and by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all powers hitherto enabling and supersession of the issued in G.O.Ms.No.40 Edn., (Ser.II) Department,, the dated 7th February 1992 as amended

subsequently, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh School Educational Subordinate Service.
